At TechRank Australia, we are committed to delivering quality websites quickly and efficiently. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Website Completion Money-Back Guarantee. If we do not complete your website within 7 days (based on the terms below), you will receive a full refund.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met-

• The selected service must be based on one of TechRank Australia’s eligible website packages available in the website shop (e.g. standard business websites, landing pages, or personal/portfolio sites).
• You must provide all required materials including:
  
  • Website content (text)
  • Images and logos
  • Branding guidelines (if available)
  • Any necessary access (e.g. domain or hosting details)
• All materials must be submitted within 24 hours of project confirmation.
• Full upfront payment must be received prior to commencement.

2. Definition of 7-Day Completion

• The 7-day period refers to 7 business days from the day we receive complete information and payment.
• The project timeline begins once both payment and all required content are received.
• A website is considered “complete” when:
  • All agreed pages and features (as per the selected package) are functional and tested.
  • The site is either live on your hosting or prepared for final handover.

3. Exclusions

This money-back guarantee is not applicable under the following circumstances:

• Delays due to incomplete or late content submissions from the client.
• Changes or additions to scope after the project has started.
• Projects involving:
  
  • Custom development beyond selected design.
  • Complex eCommerce functionality.
  • Third-party integrations.
  • 3rd party plugins or artwork.
• Delays caused by third-party issues (e.g. hosting, domain propagation, plugin conflicts).
• Communication delays from the client that hinder progress.

4. Refund Process

• If TechRank Australia fails to complete the project within 7 days and the above conditions are met, you may request a full refund.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

5. Modifications to Guarantee

TechRank Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this guarantee at any time. Any active projects confirmed before such changes will continue to be covered under the terms at the time of purchase.
